Light rain doesn't always stop us — pressure washing in the rain can actually be effective. However, heavy rain or lightning will cause us to reschedule at no charge to you. We'll contact you the morning of if there's any weather concern.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot and the areas to be cleaned, you don't need to be present. We'll send a before and after photo when the job is complete.

Soft washing uses low-pressure water combined with a biodegradable cleaning solution to safely remove mold, algae, mildew, and bacteria. It's the recommended method for roofs, stucco, and painted surfaces where high pressure could cause damage.

Not when done correctly. We assess every surface before choosing the right pressure and technique. Delicate surfaces like roofing, stucco, and wood siding are always soft-washed at low pressure. We never use high pressure where it isn't appropriate.

Yes. We use biodegradable, eco-safe solutions and take care to pre-wet and protect your landscaping before applying any chemicals. We recommend keeping pets indoors during the job and for about 30 minutes after, just to be safe.

Most residential jobs take 1–3 hours depending on the scope. A driveway alone is typically under an hour. A full house wash with driveway and walkways usually takes 2–3 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
