These Terms of Service govern your use of ISLNDR Pressure & Soft Wash's services and website. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ISLNDR provides professional exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, paver sealing, and related services throughout West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County, Florida. The specific scope of work is agreed upon prior to each service visit.
We reserve the right to decline any job that we determine poses a safety risk, is outside our service area, or falls outside the scope of our capabilities.
All quotes provided by ISLNDR are free and non-binding until confirmed. Final pricing is based on the actual scope, size, and condition of the work observed at the property. If conditions differ significantly from what was described at the time of the quote, we will communicate any pricing adjustments before proceeding.
Prices quoted are for the specific services described. Additional services requested on-site may be subject to additional charges.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial clients, net payment terms may be arranged in advance.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. Unpaid balances may be subject to a monthly late fee and referred to collections if not resolved within 30 days.
We understand that plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling costs.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at your convenience.
By booking a service, you confirm that you are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to engage our services. You agree to:
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. Our guarantee covers the agreed-upon scope of work and does not apply to pre-existing damage, surface deterioration, or stains that we disclosed as unlikely to be fully removed prior to service.
ISLNDR carries general liability insurance and takes every precaution to protect your property. However, ISLNDR's liability for any damage caused during service is limited to the direct cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item, not to exceed the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage resulting from surfaces that were not disclosed to us as sensitive or fragile prior to service.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and material of the surfaces being cleaned. We make no guarantee that all stains, discoloration, or biological growth will be fully removed, particularly where pre-existing damage or deep penetration is present. We will always communicate realistic expectations before beginning work.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
